Personal Data
In order to carry out any transaction through our online store to order the company's products, you will be asked to provide some of your personal information.
When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be sent, your mobile phone number, your email address.
This data is processed by the company in accordance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order placed by the customer and will not be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties in any way, unless the procedure prescribed by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.
If you choose to pay by card, enter your card details on the Alpha Bank payment page, which processes them and informs us whether the charge was successful in order to complete the order. None of your card details are recorded in our database, thus ensuring an even greater level of security.
DELETING MEMBERSHIPS:
If a member wishes to be deleted from our databases, they should send us an email at info@sugar-rose.gr with the subject "Delete member". If, however, orders have been registered in their name, their account CANNOT be deactivated as it will be registered in our database
